The Kokomo
This horse themed room named after Margaret's prized Tennessee Walking Horse boasts two lavish queen beds, relaxed seating and a gorgeous private bath featuring marble floors and a unique sunken bathtub.
The Dakota
The Dakota Room features two luxurious Amish queen beds, mountain views and shared full bath. This doglovers refuge is named for one of Margaret's much loved canine companions, an Australian Shepherd named Dakota.
The Dogwood
The floral theme of The Dogwood invites you to breathe in the fresh air and rest easy with two cozily appointed Amish Queen beds, broad farm views and a private bath.
The Outdoorsman
Themed for the nature lover in us, The Outdoorsman features 2 Amish Queen beds , a mountain view and a shared full bath.
Outdoor Spaces
Situated in Ooltewah, Tennessee, Margaret's rests on a 65+acre portion of the original 135+acre Benton family farm. A gaming area, firepit & seating areas are avaialable to our guests. Outdoor events will be held on property using these and the adjacent open areas as appropriate to each event. Our wildflower garden and apiary are open as well for our guests to visit and enjoy. Photo sessions throughout the properety may also be coordinated with our designated photographers.
Wildflower Garden
3600 Sq Ft of Native wildflowers have been planted at Benton Farms for the first on site flower garden. As a guest at Margaret's you are free to meander through the garden and take your own photograph's. Schedule your own You-pick bouquet session during your stay to creat your own special arrangement to take home with you.
Apiary
Our early stage apiary for future honey bee farming and local honey production is in the planning stages. Initial hives will be on site in Spring 2024 with plans to grow steadily over the next few years. A quite sitting area is available in the apiary for you to enjoy the bee activity and to study these fascinating creatures who are key to food production throughout the world.
Patio and Firepit
The lighted patio and firepit area is the perfect place for spending time alone or with your friends. The quiet atmoshpere of the farm and the serenity of this space is perfect for reading, connecting with one another, strumming your guitar or soaking in the peacefulness.
